Casa Kiwi is situated in the village of Rezzo, 25 km away from Alassio and Imperia.
Casa Kiwi is a typical Ligurian “Rustico”-Cottage, renovated in may 2009and it is ideally placed in a quiet part of Rezzo with a wonderful view in the valley.
Casa Kiwi is ideal for 2 persons. There are 2 floors: 1 big bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen, 1 livingroom with 1 divan for 2 guests and a big garden. Sat-TV, radio, washing-mashine, 2 deckchairs for the garden.
Summer-price: € 50,- per day
Winter-price: € 50,. Per day + heatingcosts
The price includes the final cleaning and laundry
Minimum- staying. 4 days
In the village Rezzo you can find a Restaurant/Pizzeria, 2 grocer’s and a postoffice
There is a riding-track with 3 wonderful horses!
The beach of Alassio and Imperia is 20 min by car away.
